Requesting the Federal Aviation Administration to grant                       
exemptions from the commuter rule in order to maintain a high

Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
HJR27 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed            
on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
